A nice little black mondo grass to add a bit of interest round the pond area. It provides a good contrast to the pebbles, which is nice.

Some more little grape hyacinths bought a really good pack with lots of plants in on a whim. Planted amongst the primulas and round the bird table. These ones were bought from Summerseat in Bury. Planted in the bottom bed near the other ones and the other, other ones.

A pretty little spring blue flower (Winter windflower) added to the back of the bottom bed to blend the line to the woodland part. The flowers are both blue and white, which should be fun.

After the large raspberry Rubus occidentalis ‘Black Jewel’ was moved, there was space in the raspberry bed by the shed.
