The garden is looking a little untidy and a lot of things are starting to go over. Still a lot of flowers though.

Today I didn’t do a lot, mainly general maintenance and tidying.
- Tidied up the tomato bed and the squash and nasturtiums surrounding it. Everything is going a bit mental in that area and my path has disappeared!
- Lots of interesting insects in the garden at the moment. Lots of wasps and ladybirds. Harlequins though, which is a shame.
- I took some good cuttings of my favourite perennials. Salvia ‘Amistad’, Monarda ‘Squaw’, Lobelia cardinalis ‘Queen Victoria’, Alcea rosea (right one), and a ginger rosemary.
- Edged the lawn.
- Dead-headed loads of stuff.
- Dahlias looking fab.
